Measure before you buy
The size of the room, door, lift and stairs decides what can get in and what fits. Draw a simple plan and mark the size of each piece on it before buying.
Set your budget early
The budget sets the level of materials and the scope of the design. Set an approximate figure, leave a margin for unexpected items, and discuss it with the designer from the first meeting.
Start with the lighting
Good lighting changes how a place looks. Mix general, task and decorative lighting, and plan it before ceilings and electrics are built.
Choose a limited colour palette
Three main colours give more harmony than many. Try samples on the wall itself at different times of the day.
Leave room to move
Do not fill the room with furniture. Leave comfortable walkways between pieces and in front of doors and drawers; ease of use matters more than the number of pieces.
Plan storage from day one
Clutter spoils the best design. Decide how much storage each space needs (wardrobes, built-in units, drawers) and build it into the design, not after it.

How do I start a design project with you?
Book a consultation using the form or call us, then we arrange a site visit and listen to your needs and budget before presenting the offer.
Do you offer design only, or execution as well?
We provide the design and working drawings, and we can supervise the execution or carry out the whole project on a turnkey basis.
How long does it take to design an apartment or villa?
It depends on the area and the number of spaces; usually two to six weeks for the design, and the execution time is set in the offer after the site visit.
Can I see the design before it is built?
Yes, we provide a 3D visual of each space with the materials, colours and lighting, and make the agreed changes before execution starts.
What should I prepare before the site visit?
If you have them: the plan of the unit or plot, photos of the place, examples of designs you like, an idea of the household and its needs, and an approximate budget. If you have none of these, the site visit itself is enough to get started.
How is the project cost determined?
The cost depends on the area, the finishing level, the materials and the complexity of the design. After the site visit and a study of your needs we give you a clear written offer to agree on before work begins. We do not quote prices here because they differ from project to project.
Can I work with you remotely?
You can discuss the idea and send plans and photos by WhatsApp or e-mail, and follow up by phone or video. The site visit and on-site follow-up need a visit to the location, and we make this clear when we agree on the engagement.
Do you help choose furniture, lighting and materials?
Yes. The design can include suggestions for materials, colours, lighting and furniture to suit your style and budget, and the scope of service you need is agreed in the offer.
